The property is being transformed via an expensive head to foot renovation - so a little dilapidated during works, but the room we are letting is secure with its own en-suite.

We are looking for potential guardians who will live on site and protect the security of the building as work progresses.

You will be living as a property Guardian under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your Notice period is a minimum of 4 weeks. We require referencing including a DBS Certs (basic) ID and Financial References. You must be over 25 years of age.
