You will live as a Property Guardian with Blue Door under a monthly Licence Agreement. This is not a Tenancy and means that your Notice period is a minimum of 4 weeks.
We require referencing including a DBS Certs (basic) ID and Financial References. You must be over 25 years of age, understand the principles of property guardianship and contribute to the security of the building and the community ethos of Blue Door Property Guardians.
